Go to setting ,click My Fire TV, Choose Developer Options,

Turn on the ADB and Apps from Unknown Sources

Return to the home screen and hover over the Search icon,Type in Downloader.

Select the Downloader app  download and install it 

Type the following URL exactly as shown here: https://troypoint.com/pp and click Go

Return to device home-screen and hover over Perfect Player. Hold the options button (3 horizontal lines) and click Move.

Open Perfect Player and click the Settings icon on the far right

 Click General, Click Playlist, Enter in your M3U URL that you should have received in your registration email. Then click Next.

There are two M3U URLs.  One is for the channel listings and one is for the EPG (TV Guide)

Scroll down and select EPG, Enter in your EPG M3U URL Then click Next

Make sure XMLTV is selected underneath your address. Click OK

How to add IPTV channels to Perfect Player?

Step 1: After the Application is downloaded on your device, open itOn the main menu, click on “Settings“.

Please note, in order to get the best playback experience try different decoderoptions in settings which are explained below.

Playback Issues

If you are facing playback issues, stuttering, buffering etc. Perfect Player enables you to select the type of decoder and change the buffer size. Under the playback settings, you can choose from different types of decoders.

Auto is the best default decoder, HW+ is the second best, then Hardware, and if you have a slow connection, you can try SW. Buffer settings are pretty simple, you can choose 1 through 4, 1 being the smallest, and 4 the largest buffer size.

How to add EPG to Perfect Player

Step 1: After starting the Perfect Player, click on “Settings“.

There are 2 ways of adding a profile/user:

1,Load your Playlist or File/URL

2,Login with Xtream Codes API

Now on App Store search for and install Downloader (by eSaba).

Second Method:

In this method, you have to first install KODI on your smart phone. With the help of Apps2Fire, an Android app that helps you to install Android apps on Amazon Firestick, you can transfer the apps from your smart phone to your device.
Navigate to Settings/System/Developer Options. Turn on “Apps from unknown sources”. After install completion you can turn it off.
Record your FireTV IP address by going to Settings/System About/Network. 
Install Apps2fire and insert the recorded IP address.
Install KODI on Your Phone.
Click on Menu then, Upload Button. In the full list of applications, select KODI. 
The Installation will start. Any error you see means this method will not work for your device and it had better follow the first method. 
Apps2Fire is a simple app which allows you to download KODI on your Firestick. If everything works perfectly then putting KODI on Firestick is successful

Step 5: When all the operations listed above is done, then press “OK”.
When the settings are being saved click “EXIT” on the remote control and press option “General”.
In the “NTP server,” line enter the following address “pool.ntp.org or us.pool.ntp.org“ for North America.

When all the steps listed above are done press”EXIT” 2 times on the remote control and restart the portal.

The password for adult content on MAG is usually 0000 unless it is changed manually by the user.

Place your TV Mac address and the M3U URL you received from your IPTV provider, mark “Keep Online” and press “Add Link“.

How to find the Mac address and link it to your account:

Problems with identifying lower case or capital L and I or 0 and O in the password , Please make sure it is correct

– Check if you entered your activation details correctly.
– Check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.

This is a very common Issues, specially for Cloud9, but also happens on other services and is entirely a Device Caching Problem.

To solve this, please follow below steps exactly.

  • Wait 60 Minutes ( Cloud9 only ) as the Server might have locked you out for too many failed attempts
  • Go into Android App settings, to the APK ( Cloud9, Zforce, etc. ) and click on it.
  • Click Force Stop
  • Click Delete Cache
  • Click Delete Data
  • Now uninstall the APK ( do NOT skip above steps or it will NOT work )
  • Restart your Streaming Device
  • Restart your Router
  • re download now the APK new from our Website or get the links in our Support Channel by typing in the Channel !apk
  • Install the APK and Login

1- Go to your Enigma2 and get your IP address

Go to Settings/Setup/System Network Device Setup Adapter Settings

And get your IP address it starts with 192.168….

2– Go to your windows PC and download Putty Software

3- Open Putty add follow this steps

Add your IP address of your Enigma ( Same IP as step 1 ) Port 23 Connection type Telenet Click on open

4 – Your default login and password are root

5 – Copy your URL line  ( you will get it after you order your subscription )

6 – Use RIGHT CLICK MOUSE BUTTON after you enter your line press ENTER

7– Type reboot and your device will restart

Now you will find IPTV folder, all IPTV channels are inside your IPTV folder

If above does not work, Please following the below steps :

1. Download the right plugin corresponding to your device’s CPU architecture.(from the attachments)

CPU help info:

“Mips32el” is used for the most boxes. Example VU zero, Vu Duo, Zgemma and mostly above openpli 4 boxes or new images.
“Mipsel” is used for old boxes dm800 clones with old openpli 2.1
“sh4” is used for boxes like spark
“armv7a” is used by new boxes like vu 4k and gigablue sf4008
for other devices please do a search

2.Connect your device with a LAN cable to your PC

3.Download and install Putty
4.Connect to your device with telnet protocol in PuTTY and run one of these commands (depends on the CPU architecture)
